If ownership of Lyff were ever to change, you'd have at least three months' notice before anything happens. Never a surprise.

We built Lyff to last, not to flip. Selling isn't part of our plan.

Is my data really secure from hackers?
Your vault is protected with AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks, and hosted on Australian servers under Australian privacy law.
What happens if I forget my password and get locked out?
There's a secure account recovery process. Contact our support team and we'll help you regain access.
Will my information ever be used for advertising?
No. Lyff doesn't sell or use your data for advertising, ever.
What if family members disagree about who should have access?
Access is entirely your decision. Only the Guardians and Custodians you nominate can ever be granted access, and only under the terms you set.
I'm not very tech-savvy, is this hard to use?
Lyff is designed to be simple for people of all technical abilities. Most people get the essentials in within about ten minutes.
Will my subscription price increase over time?
Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. Any changes to your specific plan would always be communicated in advance.
