What does it cost the union?
The exclusive member offer can be provided at no cost to the union. A funded arrangement is available for unions that want to purchase access for members.
Do we need to provide our member database?
No. Members use a dedicated link or code and create their own accounts directly with Lyff.
Can the union see who joins or what members store?
No. The union cannot access individual accounts, documents, personal information, vault activity or sharing choices.
Does Lyff replace union advice or representation?
No. Lyff is a digital organisation and preparedness service. It does not provide industrial representation, legal advice, financial advice or workplace assistance.
Can we fund access for selected members?
Yes. A funded offer may be structured for all members or an agreed eligible group, subject to the commercial arrangement.
What happens if someone leaves the union?
The member’s information remains under their control. Continued access will depend on the applicable Lyff plan and the terms of the union arrangement.
