What exactly is Lyff, in one sentence?
Lyff is a secure digital life vault where you store important documents, nominate trusted people, and prepare messages, all in one place your family can access when it matters.
What can I actually store in my vault?
Everything from documents and account details to instructions for your pets, travel plans, and personal messages. Your vault is organised into categories so nothing gets lost in a folder you forget about.
What's the difference between a Lyff Guardian and a Lyff Custodian?
A Lyff Guardian is someone close to you, like family or a close friend, who can be given access to your vault. A Lyff Custodian is a professional adviser, like your solicitor or financial planner, with access scoped to what they need.
Do I still need a will if I use Lyff?
Yes. Lyff isn't a legal document and doesn't replace a will. It's a place to store your will alongside everything else your family needs, so it's easy to find when the time comes.
What happens when my Inactivity Safeguard is triggered?
You choose the conditions in advance. If those conditions are met, your vault is released to your nominated Guardians automatically, so your information reaches the right people without anyone having to search for it.
Can I change or remove information after I've added it?
Yes. Your vault is yours to manage. Update documents, change your Guardians and Custodians, or remove anything at any time.
