How do I know if I'm eligible?
Check your address against your state's official mapping tool (links above). If your property falls within a bushfire, flood or cyclone prone area, you're eligible to apply.
My area isn't on an official map, but I still feel at risk. Can I still apply?
Yes, apply anyway and tell us a bit about your situation. Not every genuinely at-risk area is captured by current mapping, and our team reviews every application individually.
What if my eligibility can't be confirmed?
If we're unable to confirm your address from what you've provided, we'll follow up and ask for a bit more information. If it still can't be confirmed, we may decline the application or offer standard Lyff pricing instead. Applications are reviewed individually and the final decision sits with Lyff.
How long does the discount last?
10% off is ongoing for as long as you remain a Lyff subscriber, on either the Complete or Family plan.
