A.Such is Lyff Pty Ltd (ABN 57 701 483 954) trading as Lyff (Lyff, we, us, our) operates the marketing and information website at www.lyff.com.au (the Website).
B.The Lyff platform, including subscriber vaults, Guardian and Custodian functions, and all account features, is accessed separately at app.lyff.com.au (the Platform) and is governed by Lyff's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
C.These Website Terms and Conditions of Use (Website Terms) govern your access to and use of the Website only. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
1.1By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Lyff's Privacy Policy.
1.2If you do not agree to these Website Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website.

2. The Platform and Terms of Service
2.1The Website provides information about Lyff's products and services, including the Platform, subscription plans, and the Lyff Care Card.

4. Concierge service disclaimer
4.1Lyff offers a human concierge service as an optional paid feature to assist subscribers with onboarding and vault setup guidance (Concierge Service).
4.2The Concierge Service is provided by a qualified human Lyff team member. It is not an automated, AI-generated, or chatbot service.
4.3The Concierge Service is an assistance and guidance service only. The Concierge will not access, view, or interact with the contents of your vault at any time. All vault setup, content uploads, and configuration are performed by you.
4.4The Concierge Service uses demonstration materials and dummy documents for instructional purposes. No actual vault contents are shared with or accessible to the Concierge.
4.5The Concierge Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Lyff recommends that subscribers obtain independent professional advice for matters requiring specialist expertise.
4.6Availability of the Concierge Service is subject to the subscription plan selected. Details of plan inclusions are set out in the Terms of Service.
5. Lyff Care Card disclaimer
5.1The Lyff Care Card is an optional physical product available to eligible subscribers. It links to an Emergency Profile that you configure and control.
5.2The Emergency Profile is not part of your vault and is not zero-knowledge encrypted. Any person who obtains your Care Card, key tag, QR code, or link may view the fields you have chosen to display, without signing in to Lyff.
5.3You should only include information in your Emergency Profile that you are comfortable with an emergency responder or finder of the card viewing.
5.4The Care Card and Emergency Profile are governed by Lyff's Terms of Service. By purchasing or activating a Care Card, you agree to the relevant provisions of the Terms of Service.
5.5The scan page linked to your Care Card can never open, reveal, or connect to your vault or any document stored within it.
5.6Lyff does not sell or use Emergency Profile information for marketing purposes.
6. Intellectual property
6.1All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Such is Lyff Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2The Lyff name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trade marks of Such is Lyff Pty Ltd. Nothing on the Website grants any licence or right to use any trade mark without Lyff's prior written consent.
6.3You may access and view Website content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Website content without Lyff's prior written consent.
