The Lyff Care Card is a separate emergency profile linked to a wallet card and key tag.
It can be purchased whether you use Free, Complete, Duo or Circle.
A Lyff account is required to purchase and manage the Care Card. If you're not already a Lyff user, you can create a Free account first. Scanning the Care Card does not open your private Lyff vault.
Yes. The Free plan lets you create a private vault and store up to five documents, with a total allowance of 5MB, for 12 months. It does not include Guardians, Custodians, Share Now, Release Later or Future Messages.
No. Duo includes two independent private vaults. Each person has their own login and controls their own sharing permissions.
No. Circle includes up to four independent private vaults. Members don't automatically receive access to each other's information. Each person chooses what to share.
Paid access continues until the end of the period you've purchased. After expiry, Lyff provides a 90-day limited-access period to view and export information and renew or upgrade an eligible plan. Paid features become unavailable during expiry. Care Card management remains available.
Plan changes depend on the subscription and term. Five-year subscriptions cannot be downgraded during their term, and Duo has downgrade restrictions. Check the applicable terms before making a change.
No. A Guardian does not automatically receive unrestricted access. You choose which items can be shared. Release following incapacity or passing requires additional verification and review.
No. The Care Card is a separate $68 purchase, including GST and Australian delivery. It can be purchased and managed with any Lyff account, including Free.
