The person paying for the subscription does not automatically see anyone else's private information.

Can I upgrade from Free later?
Yes. You can start with Free and upgrade to an eligible paid plan when you're ready.
Does Duo mean we share one vault?
No. Duo provides two separate adult accounts and private vaults under one subscription.
Can the Circle payer see everyone's documents?
No. Paying for a Circle plan does not give access to another adult's Private items.
Can I add children to a Duo or Circle plan?
Lyff vault holders must be 18 years or older.
What happens if my plan expires?
Lyff provides a 90-day period for eligible review, export or renewal. Plan features are restricted after expiry. Care Card management remains available to Care Card owners.
Can I change my plan?
Eligible upgrades are available, but certain changes are restricted. Duo downgrades and five-year plan downgrades are not permitted under current plan rules.
