Do I need to provide proof of my role?
No. When you apply, you'll tick a declaration confirming your role or service, that's all we need to get started. We may ask for evidence if your eligibility is ever queried.
How long does my discount last?
For as long as you're serving or a member, no need to reapply or requalify each year.
Can my family be included?
Yes. You can move to the Family plan at any time and it's also discounted 25% for eligible members.
What if I'm not actually eligible?
This offer relies on your honesty when you apply. If we ever have reason to believe someone doesn't qualify, we may ask for evidence or withdraw the discount.
How quickly will I get my code?
As soon as you submit the form. There's no review to wait on, your discount code is emailed straight away.
