Your message stays entirely yours until it's sent. Only you can edit or delete it, right up until the moment of delivery. If your plans or your people change, so can your message, update it any time.
Why we built this
Most people mean to say it. Almost none get around to it.
There are things you want the people you love to hear, from you, in your own words, at the right moment. But without a plan, those words tend to stay unwritten, or get said too late, or never get said at all. Life gets in the way, and "someday" has a way of never arriving.
Future Messages is our answer: write it once, in your own time, and choose exactly when it reaches the person it's for. A specific date, or a moment tied to your Inactivity Safeguard. Nothing is sent early, and nothing depends on you remembering to do it later.

What happens if Lyff is ever sold, or shuts down?
We don't plan on selling Lyff. However you deserve a transparent answer regardless.
At least 3 months' notice
If ownership of Lyff were ever to change, you'd have at least three months' notice before anything happens. Never a surprise.
No plans to sell
We built Lyff to last, not to flip. Selling isn't part of our plan.
Export your vault, any time
Everything in your vault belongs to you. You can export it in full whenever you choose, no matter what.

Future Messages, answered.
Can I write more than one Future Message?
Yes. Write as many as you like, for as many different people as you like, each with its own delivery date or trigger.
Can I edit or delete a message after I've written it?
Yes, any time you like, right up until the moment it's delivered. Nothing is locked in once you hit save.
Can I include photos or video, or just text?
Future Messages currently support written text. Photo and video messages.
Will I know once a message has been delivered?
You can view your activity log to see if the message was sent. We will require you to input an email address and date.
Does the recipient need a Lyff account to receive it?
No, only an email address is required. If the email is invalid the message will not be received.So please check carefully.
What if I set a delivery date and then change my mind?
You're always in control. Change the date, change the trigger, or delete the message entirely, any time before it's sent.
