About Lyff

We built Lyff because we needed it ourselves.

A secure place for the documents, wishes and details that matter.  Built in Australia, for Australian families.

Made and managed in Melbourne, Australia.

Built from what we actually needed.

Guardians and Custodians, not one-size access

Family and professionals need different things. We built two distinct roles instead of forcing everyone into one.

Nothing unlocks on its own

Access only opens through a careful, multi-step check. Only accessed by your appointed guardian or custodian.

For the everyday, not just the worst day

Lyff is a family organisation platform for everyday and for insurance renewals, travel, life admin, not just a break-glass emergency tool.

Where we stand

Built for Australia.

Australian owned Australian hosted Privacy Act compliant

I built what I wished I had.

My father suffered through dementia. There's was no advance care directive, we've never seen a will, and we don't know where his superannuation or his most basic details are kept. We're a family scattered across states and countries, trying to make decisions for him with information that was simply never written down. I spent twenty-five years in marketing before I built Lyff, mostly helping other companies explain complicated things simply. It turns out the hardest thing to explain simply was our own family's situation, because there was nothing simple about it. No single place holding any of it together. No one person who had the full picture. Just fragments, spread across drawers, old emails, and other people's memories. It changed how I think about my own life. I don't want my family guessing either. Lyff is the place I wish I had earlier.

Protect what you have built, share what you need to.

There are many milestones in life and keeping everything in one place makes sense. Storing them where your loved ones can access them when needed is smarter.
