Keep important documents together, remember renewal dates and share selected information with the people you trust. Your privacy and independence stay yours.
Ageing often means managing more information, more appointments, more providers and more paperwork. Lyff helps keep it together without turning your private life into a shared folder.
Keep your own information organised, private and easy to update while you manage things yourself.
Put trusted roles in place and decide in advance which selected information may be shared now or released later.
Start with what would be most useful to have in one place.
Medication, allergies, conditions, hospital details, doctors and other health information.
Aged-care providers, assessments, support services, care preferences and practical arrangements.
Copies of powers of attorney, wills, directives and details of where original documents are held.
Insurance, superannuation, advisers, accounts and other useful financial information.
Property information, utilities, services, pets, maintenance and household instructions.
Family contacts, doctors, advisers, providers and the people who may need to know where information is.
A renewal notice on the kitchen bench. A policy in your email. A care document on your phone. Bring them together and add the dates you want to remember.
See How Reminders WorkUse your phone camera or choose an existing file. Photos are compressed before upload, and files are encrypted on your device before they are sent.
Add an expiry, renewal or review date. Choose reminder times and repeat annually for yearly renewals.
Edit dates and reminders in Document details. Turn reminders off whenever you want, while keeping your saved dates.
Lyff is designed to be useful now, not only later.
Store documents and record the information you want kept together.
On a paid plan, appoint a Guardian and, where useful, a Custodian. Appointment alone gives them no vault access.
Keep information Private, Share Now, or prepare selected items for Release Later.
On a paid plan, choose access item by item. A plan membership or trusted role never gives someone access to your whole vault.
Private items remain subscriber-only and are not available to Guardians, Custodians or through the Release Process.
Excluded from trusted-role access and release.Give your active Guardian or Custodian immediate access to one selected item.
Choose View only or View & Download, with optional expiry.Designate specific items that may be released following verified incapacity, passing, or both.
Evidence and human review are required.A Guardian or Custodian is a trusted role with only the access you specifically authorise.
They only receive access to selected information where you specifically authorise it.
A trusted personal role such as a partner, adult child, sibling or close friend.
A named professional, such as a lawyer, accountant or adviser, whose professional check must be completed before their role becomes active.
Adding either role does not give them permission to browse or search your vault.
Not logging in, missing a Check-In or being inactive does not give anyone access to your information.
Your active Guardian or Custodian requests release inside Lyff with fresh MFA. You receive an immediate email and SMS alert. This alert does not start the seven-day period.
Guardians complete an identity check for each release request. Custodians skip that step. Lyff reviews the supporting evidence against your Release Later instructions.
Once the evidence is accepted, Lyff sends a formal notice by email and SMS. The seven-day Release Review Period starts when that notice is sent.
Release requires a final staff review and approval from a different manager. The end of the waiting period never releases information automatically.
You can select “Stop this release” at any time before release. Signing in alone does not stop a request. Only the items assigned to that requester and event can be released. Private items are excluded.
Every six months, Lyff can remind you to check whether anything in your life has changed.
It is not a welfare check and it is not a release trigger.
Lyff Concierge offers optional paid guidance from a human team member to help you understand onboarding and vault setup. Availability depends on your selected plan.
Your Concierge uses demonstration materials and dummy documents. You do your own uploads and configuration; the Concierge cannot view or interact with your vault contents.
A real person to guide you through getting started. Concierge provides setup guidance, not legal, financial or medical advice.

Send to a nominated email address on a selected date. Future Messages are separate from Release Later and do not give the recipient access to your vault.
